Coming from a farming background, I’m a grafter who has held positions of responsibility from a young age. I have recently done my two week course with Flying Fish completing my STCW-10 and Superyacht Steward/ess Crew Training and now looking to develop my skills within the Superyacht industry. Although I\'m a green stewardess, I’m hardworking, organised and a determined individual. Since finishing my A-levels at school, I have been travelling to Kenya and Zimbabwe on a volunteer program which was incredibly eye-opening and moving, I embraced myself with very physical and mental challenges (especially when climbing Mount. Kenya!) I love travelling, exploring new cultures and meeting new people. I have a passion for sport, in particular hockey. I have been playing the sport for over 11 years for both school and club. I love the social yet competitiveness aspect and how fast-paced the game can be. Aside from hockey, I find myself going on long dog walks along my local beach with my friends. In my free time I enjoy reading rom-coms, taking scenic photos, baking and also looking on Pinterest, where I follow up with the latest fashion trends. I have always had an interest in textiles and find the sustainability within the industry as well as social media interesting.
