I bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, along with experience in management, logistics, and high-end hospitality. Having owned and run a company, I’ve developed a mature and professional approach to challenges, as well as an appreciation for teamwork and operational efficiency.  I thrive in dynamic, physically demanding environments and take pride in delivering exceptional service with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. I understand the importance of working cohesively within a crew, following instructions, and supporting my team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. With a team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn, I am excited to contribute positively to a professional yachting crew while developing my skills in this industry. Having grown up around the water, I have a deep passion for boating, water sports, and marine life. I enjoy wakeboarding, waterskiing, and fishing, which have helped me develop strong balance, coordination, and an appreciation for the ocean. My enthusiasm for fitness extends to running, where I have completed multiple marathons, building endurance and discipline crucial for demanding deckhand duties. Additionally, I enjoy playing golf and padel, which enhance my teamwork and precision skills. My love for the outdoors, adventure, and hands-on work makes me well-suited for a dynamic and fast-paced environment onboard a super yacht.
