Hello! I have been working within different hotel and restaurant businesses for the last ten years. Mainly in the Norwegian mountains but also in  Denmark. In 2022 I was fortunate to come in contact with an entrepreneur and since then I have been involved with putting up the foundation for Mannz bageri, a new artisan bakery in the heart of Lund, Sweden. Being the right hand of the owner I was working closely with the manager during this period. Very fun experience! Now I have completed my basic safety training (STCW) in Sweden and am now ready to work on my first boat in South of France. I am familiar with the surroundings of Corsica since my other half is from Toulon and thus can comfortably move where intended. I will be available from this day and would love to work with your team. I am up to date with security awareness and food level 2 .
