I am looking to start my career in the Superyacht industry and am seeking a dynamic, professional working environment where I can contribute as part of a successful crew. With five years’ experience as a Firefighter and three years as a Swiftwater Rescue Technician I have a proven ability to remain calm in stressful situations and work harmoniously in a diverse team. I have also worked as a Leisure Attendant for Durham University where my duties included meticulous cleaning routines, addressing maintenance issues, ground maintenance and customer service as front of house. More recently, in June 2024, I have carried out daywork on MY Nevertheless 28m in Cannes, France, initially for 2 days, but was asked to help them prepare for a boss trip the week after, totalling 9 days. I carried out teak cleaning, gelcoat polishing, stainless polishing and exterior detailing. I assisted with line handling and mooring whilst on board for refuelling and assisted with diesel engine maintenance whilst the engines underwent an oil change. With these skills, experiences, and a positive attitude, I believe I would be able to add great value to a professional and established crew.
