I am a 25 year old Mechanical Engineering graduate from South Africa. Completing my degree shows my commitment to learning and progressing and proves that I can have longevity within a role in superyachting. I have about six months experience working in the Mechanical Engineering field and worked as a building contractor for 2 months. I grew up around skiing boats, which means that I am very comfortable with watersports and know how to operate a tender safely and responsibly. Being a Mechanical Engineer means that I have great problem solving skills and that I am able to think on my feet in difficult situations. I pride myself on the ability to work under pressure and still completing the task to the highest standard. Playing competitive team sports all my life emphasizes the fact that I excel in team environments and work well with different people.
